Erin Gerner

Erin Gerner is a former practicing lawyer turned life coach for women in the law. Her objective is to help women combat overwhelm, align their careers with their values and priorities, and form community and connection with other law-minded women to scale their businesses and enrich their lives. 

Here’s what you can expect to hear from Erin during the retreat:  

• Reclaiming your Authority. You are in control over your own life. Erin will answer, how do we snuff out the expectations that aren’t our own? And how do you take ownership for your decisions? 
• Defining Safety. Erin will walk you through how her desire for safety kept her in her shell. But realizing what she was running from, helped her figure out what she needed to be running towards.
• Community. Then of course Erin is going to shout it from the rooftops (again!) Community is a tool for finding evidence of what is possible. This is how you find your people!

Molly Hough

Molly Hough is the founder of the JurisConsult Institute and legal counsel at Prime Therapeutics. She is on a mission to teach thousands of women + attorneys how to build a book of business by putting more money, control, and autonomy into the hands of women.
